In 'my local weather', which shows Canberra Airport normally (or some variant of it), has been defaulting to Tuggeranong over the past several days, most of the time. I presume this is a problem with the BOM data?

I'd say so...looking at the airport obs on their website, I'd say they're having some AWS problems:

There are a few gaps in the Canberra obs during the last few days which would have caused this problem. The local weather page always tries to display something current so reverts to an alternative station when the nearest station's obs are old or missing.

I gave up on the weatherzone local weather page a long time ago. There is a difference of nearly 200mm between it and the official BOM page.
