Decided to get the Macro out today in early morning. Haven't had a play for a while...

Been a while since you have spoilt us with your Macro Rikki! glad you did :o)
The moth is awesome but the water beads and the colours are uhhmm yeah WoW..

Just got back from camping at Fingal Bay and took a couple of alright photos.






I also got a fair bit of inspiration by Rikki's macro shots and decided I'd try to do some macro for the first time. Those shots are great, Rikki!

I went up to Charlotte's Pass over the Easter weekend, unfortunately there wasn't a lot of sky interest despite some early morning shoots and sub-minus temps, dolt. I've also caught up on some other shots that were lurking on my card from around Canberra from the past fortnight. I'm enjoying the new 5dMk2 with a broadened dynamic range, really has opened some new possibilities with difficult lighting contrasts.
