It's still Spring, with Summer just a couple of weeks away.

Here's a place to post images that aren't strictly about weather.

I'll kick off with some Jacarandas in a quiet street on Sydney's North Shore, against the backdrop of a clear, blue sky:

The Salamander was a Timber Drogher back in the early 1900s that used ferry timber up and down the Myall River.
It has certainly changed big time since I was a kid, the deck was practically intact in the 1980s.

Yep a lot wrecks around the place are nearly gone. And I still haven't forgotten to take some photos of Tamboi for you, I just haven't got there as yet!!

So when was the last time you were in Tea Gardens Hawks Nest?

Probably 1990 Eddy. I moved north in 91 and have only returned a few times since then. Thinking of heading down this year if time permits. I have been told the place has changed a lot.

The place has changed massively since 1990s.
If you do manage to make a visit here, let me know and we will try and organise a catch up?

Nice pic Steve777, La Perouse a beautiful area and not just for its golf courses too.
